Criteria

Relevance/Significance of Topic

Is the topic in keeping with the themes of the meeting? 

Purpose/Hypothesis/Outcomes

Is the purpose of the presentation or hypothesis of the research clearly stated? 

Is the content of the paper communicated adequately and clearly in the abstract?

Important Dates:

September 7, 2021      Call for abstracts opens
October 11,  2021          Deadline to submit abstracts
October 15, 2021         Committee decision notifications sent via email

November 1, 2021     Submission of Final Poster

Presentation Format:  Accepted posters will be displayed online, which requires the author(s) to provide a PowerPoint slide of the poster. 

Abstracts must be organized in the following format:

Discussion

Summary

Authors will:

Limit abstract narrative to 250 words.

Abstract Author Disclosure of Financial Relationships

Each abstract author must include a Disclosure of Financial Relationships statement.
